Gear is supplied Bring water, sunnies, hat and a wetsuit if it's cold.

The first lesson will be in the flat waters of the bay.

Our lessons are conducted by boat with a minimum of two participants in rotation for minimum of 2 hours. If you are solo please get in touch as a third person is legally required in the vessel for safety.

Skills learned:  

• Understanding the physics and theory of the foil

• Mastering the foil from a kneeling position

• Edging the board to get out of the wake

• How to stand

• Keeping foil at a consistent height

• Slow turns

• Let go and glide unassisted by the tow rope
